Dear friend,
As this year slowly draws to a close, I’ve found myself reflecting on just how much has changed.
2026 has been an extraordinary year for me, both personally and professionally. One filled with new experiences, unexpected opportunities, ambitious projects, and perhaps more than anything, a sense that many of the ideas I’ve been carrying for years are finally beginning to take shape.
For a long time, much of my work has been something I’ve built and managed independently. From imagining an artwork to planning an expedition, spending nights in the mountains, and eventually sharing the finished result, there has always been an enormous amount happening behind the scenes.
And while I’ve loved every part of that journey, there have also been ideas that I simply didn’t have the time, resources, or support to bring to life.
This year, that has started to change.
I’ve been fortunate to find people who believe in what I do, who share my enthusiasm, and whose experience and support have helped me turn some of those ideas into something tangible.
I’m deeply grateful for that.
And today, I’m particularly happy to finally share some of the things we’ve been working on.
There are quite a few announcements in this letter, which is precisely why I wanted to bring them together. Beyond the photographs and stories I usually share, I wanted to introduce the different ways you can now engage more closely with my work, whether through collecting an artwork, creating something personal, or joining me somewhere extraordinary.
So, welcome to a new chapter.
A new home for my work
Perhaps the most visible change is that my website has been completely redesigned.
Over the years, my work has evolved, and I felt that the place where I shared it needed to evolve with it. I wanted to create something that felt closer to who I am today, bringing together photography, art, storytelling, and the experiences behind them.
One of my favourite additions is something you’ll discover as soon as you arrive: an interactive constellation that invites you to explore the different parts of my world. I’ve had so much fun bringing this idea to life, and I hope you’ll enjoy discovering it as much as I enjoyed imagining it.
A little recommendation: the website is best experienced on a computer, where the constellation and its interactive elements can truly be enjoyed.
Beyond the new design, you’ll find dedicated spaces for my photographic projects, the stories I write, artworks available for collection, and the experiences I’m developing.
I’ve also created a space on my About page that brings together some of the articles, interviews, and publications featuring my work over the years. It’s been quite special to revisit these moments and see how the journey has unfolded.
It’s been a considerable undertaking, and I’m very happy to finally open its doors.
I’d genuinely love to hear what you think of it.
COLLECT — Bringing the work closer
One of the things I’ve always appreciated about photography is that an image can take on a life of its own once it leaves the hands of its creator.
It can become part of someone’s home, accompany their everyday life, or hold a meaning that is entirely personal to them.
With that in mind, I’ve developed a dedicated space on my website for collecting artworks, along with a few new possibilities.
The Shadow Between — Editions Now Available

Following the release of The Shadow Between, my latest artwork created around the extraordinary total solar eclipse over Spain, I’m delighted to announce that editions are now officially available to collectors worldwide.
The initial pre-sale has already begun, and I’m now opening the opportunity more broadly to those who have been following the project.
You can discover the available editions, formats, and details directly on my website.
Commissioned Art — A Personal Vision
Some places hold a particular meaning to us.
Perhaps it’s a landscape connected to a memory, somewhere we’ve always dreamed of visiting, or simply a vision we’d love to see brought to life.
I’m now officially welcoming private commissions, offering the opportunity to develop an original photographic artwork around a personal idea.

Each project begins with a conversation, allowing us to explore the vision, its possibilities, and how it might become something truly personal.
Wall Prints — Art Beyond the Frame

Another exciting addition is the possibility of printing photographic artworks directly onto walls.
In collaboration with WallPrint France, this specialised process allows an image to become part of the architecture itself, opening up creative possibilities for private homes, offices, and other spaces.
For now, this service is primarily available in Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria, and neighbouring countries. Projects further afield may also be considered, depending on the logistics involved.
EXPERIENCES — Sharing the journey
As much as I love creating images, some of the most meaningful moments in my career have come from sharing the places and experiences behind them.
There is something very special about witnessing someone’s excitement when they discover a landscape for the first time, learn something new, or capture a photograph they never imagined they could take.
Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of guiding photographers and sharing my knowledge in different parts of the world.
I’m now developing this aspect of my work further, with a dedicated space for experiences on the new website.
Swiss Alps Photo Tours — 2027

For the first time, I’m delighted to officially announce two photography tours in my beautiful home country, Switzerland, taking place in 2027.
The Swiss Alps have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and being able to share these landscapes with others is something particularly close to my heart.
Both tours have been designed around small groups, with a maximum of just 6 participants, accompanied by myself and a second tour leader.
I want to make sure everyone receives the time, attention, and guidance they deserve, while allowing us to enjoy the experience together without the constraints of a larger group.
Places are already very limited, with one tour sold out and only two spots remaining on the other.
If you’ve been dreaming of photographing the Swiss Alps, I’d be delighted to welcome you.
Private Experiences — A Journey of Your Own

Alongside the scheduled tours, I’m also officially opening the possibility of creating private photographic experiences.
This is something I’ve occasionally organised in the past, and I’m happy to now offer it more formally.
Whether for an individual, a couple, or a small private group, these experiences can be developed around particular interests, photographic ambitions, and destinations.
The idea is to create something personal, with the flexibility to shape the journey around the people taking part.
FUX KLUM EXPEDITIONS

Mattias Klum - Angel Fux
And finally, there is one announcement that holds a particularly special place in my heart.
Almost three years ago, I had the privilege of meeting Mattias Klum, an internationally renowned National Geographic photographer, filmmaker, artist, and storyteller.
What began as a mentorship has, over time, grown into a deep friendship.
Despite coming from different generations and backgrounds, we’ve discovered a great deal of common ground in how we experience the natural world, the importance we place on meaningful human connections, and our desire to share what we’ve been fortunate enough to witness.
For some time now, we’ve been exploring an idea together.
What if we could combine our perspectives, experiences, and expertise to create something that goes beyond a traditional photography tour?
Something built around extraordinary places, exceptional experiences, and a genuine commitment to giving something back.
I’m incredibly happy to share that this idea is now becoming a reality and is taking shape.
Fux Klum Expeditions will bring together a collection of carefully curated, ten-day journeys, co-led by Mattias and myself, designed for small groups seeking something truly special.
Our vision is to create experiences where quality is reflected in every detail, where meaningful encounters matter as much as the destinations themselves, and where travelling through some of the world’s most remarkable environments also creates opportunities to contribute positively to the places and communities we visit.
These will be intimate, highly personalised expeditions, developed with great care and a strong sense of purpose.
Our first journey is currently planned for October 2028, and while we’re still working on the details, we’re already opening an interest list for those who would like to hear more as the project takes shape.
It’s a collaboration I’m enormously excited about, and one I look forward to sharing much more about in the coming months.
SPEAKING — Stories Beyond the Photograph

Something you might not know about me is that my love for public speaking began long before my photography became a profession.
It’s something I’ve enjoyed since my high school years, more than a decade ago, and I’ve always found a particular joy in standing before an audience, sharing ideas, telling stories, and creating a connection with the people listening.
Over the past years, I’ve been fortunate to bring that passion into my professional life, giving talks and presentations about my photography, creative process, and experiences in the field.
As invitations have gradually become more frequent, I’ve now created a dedicated space on my website for speaking engagements, whether online or in person, for public events, private organisations, or more intimate gatherings.
It’s a part of my work I genuinely love, and one I’m particularly happy to continue developing.
Looking ahead
Putting all of this into words makes me realise just how much has happened in such a relatively short time.
And while there are many new things taking shape, the heart of what I do remains unchanged.
I still want to venture into extraordinary places, create images that tell meaningful stories, and share something of the beauty I find along the way.
What’s changing is that there are now more ways to share those experiences with you.
Whether you’ve been following my photography for years, have an artwork hanging in your home, or might one day join me somewhere in the mountains, I’m sincerely grateful to have you along for the journey.
I hope you’ll enjoy discovering the new website and everything we’ve been working on.
And if you have a moment, I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts.
With warm wishes,
Angel
